Our 5 weeks together

Sessions are live on Thursdays from 3-5 pm PST

August 1: Unpacking the Roots

We begin this work with a purposeful exploration of all the reasons why worthiness seems to escape us. We’ll look at how our current culture reinforces these ideas and how our own experiences have impacted our sense of worthiness, diminishing this powerful resource in our lives.

This class includes:

  • Dive deeper into the underlying factors that shape self-worth

  • Explore societal influences and cultural norms that impact self-worth

  • Analyze the role of personal experiences and relationships in shaping worthiness

  • Gain insights into the pervasive problem of low self-worth in today's world

August 8: Scarcity, Perfectionism & Conditioning

In the second class, we will discuss the three primary afflictions to worthiness--scarcity, perfectionism, and conditioning. We will review how these afflictions can manifest in a client's behavior, thoughts, and feelings, and how they can impact their ability to reach their goals. We will also discuss how coaches can recognize these afflictions in their clients and work with them to address and overcome them.

This class includes:

  • Identify and challenge negative self-talk patterns that undermine your self-worth

  • Replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations and more empowering beliefs

  • Develop a growth mindset that encourages self-improvement and resilience

  • Build self-confidence by acknowledging and celebrating your strengths

August 15: Practice Session 1

In our first practice session, you will begin to integrate these concepts into your own coaching practice. We will discuss how to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and beliefs about themselves and try on a few coaching tools to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns about their own self-worth.

This class includes:

  • Master the art of holding transformative conversations on self-worth

  • Create a supportive and non-judgmental environment for exploration

  • Learn to guide clients toward embracing their inherent worthiness

August 22: Embodying Self-Trust

In our fourth session, we will explore how we can learn to recognize our own value and worth, even when we feel like we are not enough. We will be looking at tools and strategies to help us build a strong foundation of trust in ourselves and our innate worthiness.

This class includes:

  • Foster a healthy self-image by recognizing your unique qualities and attributes

  • Embrace self-compassion and let go of comparison to others

  • Cultivate a positive inner dialogue that supports your self-worth

  • Practice self-care rituals that nurture your mind, body, and soul

August 29: Practice Session 2

In our final class and practice session, we will discuss the importance of self-compassion in cultivating self-acceptance and worthiness. Learn how to support your clients to create a more positive and empowering narrative.

This class includes:

  • Cultivate deep self-love and acceptance, appreciating your worthiness unconditionally

  • Practice self-compassion and forgiveness towards yourself and others

  • Engage in gratitude exercises to foster appreciation for your journey and blessings

  • Develop a positive mindset to navigate challenges and embrace life's opportunities

Meet your instructor, Andrea Leda

My mission is simple: To help feelers, wild hearts, and fringe-dwellers who are ready to trust their work enough to liberate it from the limits of traditional coaching.

In 2022, I founded Braver Coach—a mission, a community, and an educational platform for coaches who are reimagining coaching by bringing forth all of who they are. As a certified training organization through the Association of Coaching, my goal is to equip coaches so that they feel empowered to do the work they are called to do—and help their clients and communities do the same.

For my formal education + training, business ethos, and tenets of coaching please read here.

Unpacking Worthiness ranges from $400-$600
